HRC is a community-based organization that provides recovery resources and support to individuals and families impacted by substance use, including those experiencing co-occurring mental health challenges. Through advocacy, community education, and peer support services, HRC works to strengthen recovery, expand access to support, and open the door of
recovery for all.
